Powerhouse

Powerhouse represents our ongoing experiments into immersive, game-based theatre. Powerhouse means a satisfying, genuinely interactive piece of theatre where the audience are empowered to change the outcome of events.

We have exciting plans in the pipeline for our next foray into immersive game based theatre so please stay tuned for dates etc.

 

Previous iterations of Powerhouse have included collaborating with Channel 4 Young Writer and Hightide Writer, Tim Foley, Live Artist Lydia Cottrell and Manchester-based theatre maker Rose Van Leyenhorst to create an exciting, mystical, tongue-in-cheek, interactive adventure.  This built on a previous experiment in 2016 as a REACT commission for Royal Exchange Theatre.
